Founded in 1990 by Savvas H. Ajami, sought to deliver proficient and dependable construction services in the industry.

2002

AJAMI developers: Entering the Real Estate Market
Entry into the real estate sector by working in close collaboration with AAArchitects. Providing a distinctive style and excellent craftsmanship.

2010

20 Years of Trust Building
By 2010, AJAMI built over 300 properties, as well as developed and delivered over 40 properties.

2012

AJAMI tools & equipment hire services
With the ever-increasing demand in the market, AJAMI Construction expanded to incorporate a tools and equipment rental division.

2014

AJAMI rentals: Offering Rental Properties
Our company developed our first Residential Building property, AJAMI Court I, which enabled us to expand our footprint to include property rentals.

2018

Becoming AJAMI group
AJAMI group was founded to house all of its businesses under a single identity. Our goal evolved from offering construction services to focusing solely on developing our own projects.

2020

AJAMI food & beverage
AJAMI group launched Chernobyl Bar and Parad'ice Ice-Cream Café in Paphos as part of our ongoing efforts to expand the group and explore new business prospects.

2024

AJAMI Business Center
The AJAMI Business Center is our new entry point into the commercial property space, with this one-of-a-kind structure that has swiftly become a landmark in the Paphos area.
